This unusual micro-lot coffee comes from the highlands of Lâm Đồng, grown at an elevation of 1400m to 1600m above sea level. Out of the total coffee production in Vietnam, only about 23000 hectares of this mountainous land is devoted to Arabica plantations, which adds up to about 5% of total coffee production in the country. This land is divided among several hundred farmers who are specially trained in producing exceptional crops every year.
After careful cultivation and harvesting, the crops are collected at a central “wet” milling station. The beans go through a washed process and then sun-dried.
Our experts roast the beans to a medium to dark colour, with proper development to make sure all the flavours are enhanced. This results in a full-bodied cup with a hint of tobacco, cocoa, and bright, complex fruity notes.
